Tendon Jow: A traditional dit dat jow for deep bruising, sprains, pulled muscles, and soreness. Made from about 50 herbs and aged a year. Available in 4 ounce bottles only at this time. 4 ounces for $25. Please remember to add shipping to your payment.
Ginger Bruise Jow: A jow for bruises and impact injuries that includes fresh ginger among the 18 herbs in it. Lovely smell. Available in 4 ounce bottles. 4 ounces $ 20. Please remember to add shipping to your payment.
Iron Palm Jow: A traditional dit dat jow, complete with the iron nails as well as 24 herbs, used for protecting the hands for conditioning and training. Used by martial artists to increase the effectiveness of their strikes and to toughen the skin, I use it after manual labor and to develop callus for the mandolin. 4 ounces $20. I also have a hand soak or rub that works with this and a formula you add to the sand or beans. You soak the hands in it before and after conditioning. Email for prices and instructions. Herbs only. This does not replace the above jow but supplements it.
Other Jows: I normally have 3 or 4 formulas I am trying out floating around. These are available at the same price as the Iron Palm Jow. Currently I have BaQua Jow, MantisJow, Joint Jow, and Shaolin Dit Dat Jow in stock. I might also have some black vinegar based External Conditioning Jow as my students call it. Email for details.
Culpepper's Oil: This is not a Chinese jow but a recipe for an European equivalent I learned from a lady in the SCA. While it works for bruises and cuts, it makes a great massage oil for sore muscles. It's olive oil based and a bear to make. Available in 2 ounce bottles only. Limited supply at this time. 2 ounces $40. Please remember to add shipping to your payment.
